During the first 15 years of his practice, however, Mr. Phillips represented the insurance companies, defending the bad drivers who caused injuries in motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, product liability, construction site injury, and insurance company bad faith claims. Ms. Countryman's legal experience with Phillips & Webster has emphasized personal injury law. She is an experienced attorney in the matters of Seattle jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations, and has argued before Division One of the Washington State Court of Appeals. Throughout her career, Ms. Countryman has helped hundreds of clients prevail at the trial court and arbitration levels, even when unreasonable insurance companies made settlement impossible. She enjoys presenting to jurors and arbitrators to win justice for her clients.

In addition to her work as an attorney, Autumn Countryman has participated as a board member of the community services league for Harborview Medical Center, the Pacific Northwest’s premier trauma center. Shawn is the Director of Marketing with over 13 years of personal injury experience that includes working as a case manager, negotiator and marketing representative. Shawn's current position allows him to speak with new clients during their initial communication and meet with them at either in our office or at a convenient location. Shawn is also our point man in meeting with potential referral sources and developing marketing initiatives that help our firm grow and succeed.

Shawn received his B.A. from the University of Washington and attended Seattle University Law School. In his spare time, Shawn enjoys spending time with his family, church activities and participating as a youth soccer coach.

Sarabeth is assistant to Alexandria Fairbanks and Glenn Phillips. She is primarily responsible for settlement distributions at the conclusion of your case. She helps the accounting department make sure all medical and hospital bills are fully paid, as well as all other billings. She currently is taking classes toward her associates degree at Cascadia Community College. In her free time she likes experimenting with cooking exotic food and enjoys spending time with her friends.
